Terms and Conditions

To register for a Malvern-Hot Spring County library card online, you must be 16 years old. Library cards are valid for 1 year. To receive the library card, you must provide the following documentation by visiting the library, or by email to hotspringcountylibrary@yahoo.com:

• Valid government issued ID card 

• One item proving current address, such as utility bill (must reflect name as shown on ID)

• Telephone number

• One alternative contact's name and phone number (cannot live in the same household as the applicant)

To register for a Saline County Library card online, you must be16 years old. Library cards are valid for 3 years. To receive the library card, you must provide the following documentation by visiting the library, or by email to registration@salinecountylibrary.org:

• Photo of government issued ID card

• Proof of current address

• Telephone number or email address
